Shipping to UK destinations are charged at the following rates, please ensure you select the correct shipping rate when you checkout to avoid delay. If you wish to check shipping charges prior to checkout, add items to your shopping cart then enter your postcode into the shipping calculator (located at the bottom of shopping cart page).

Transit Times

All UK orders received before 2pm on a weekday (excluding public holidays) will be shipped the same day. If this is not possible, or an item is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone. UK Mainland orders are sent on a next day service but please allow 2 days for delivery. Non-standard UK destinations can expect delivery within 2-3 working days.

Tracking your order

Once your goods have been dispatched you will receive an email notification along with your tracking information. Please note deliveries are not time specific so please ensure you are available to accept your delivery throughout the day.

Shipping to a Postal Address

Deliveries are sent using the UKMAIL courier service, and a signature will be required on delivery. If you are not at home when the courier calls, a card will be left with details about how to reschedule your delivery. You must contact UKMAIL within 5 days of the attempted delivery or your goods will be returned to us. If this happens, we reserve the right to charge again to ship the goods back out to you. For fraud prevention purposes we can only deliver to a card billing address or Confirmed PayPal address. However, we can ship to any address if you choose to pay by bank deposit / transfer or Postal Order. Further payment details can be found here. Please note we do not ship to PO Box addresses.

Shipping to a UKMAIL depot

Customers paying cash directly into our bank account are able to collect their orders from a local UKMAIL depot, goods are held at the depot for up to 5 days from the date of dispatch then they are returned to us. If this happens, we reserve the right to charge again to ship the goods back out to you. ID will be required before the depot will release your order.

Shipping to Non-EU European Countries

Please be aware that it is your responsibility to pay for any Duty and Tax when goods arrive in your country, these additional charges will need to be paid to your local courier before they will release your delivery.
